Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek potential client via social media
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
  • Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
  • Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application, including documents, under the CRM
  • Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students’ application
  • Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
  • Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
  • Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
  • Lead marketing events, especially webinar and expos.

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Should have adequate knowledge of the surroundings or domestic area
  • Work under pressure and meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing an open mind to ad-hoc duties as required
  • Understanding the Australian student visa system
  • Understanding the admission process for English school, VET College and Universities in Australia
